· Preparation of branch financials:
§ Standard and correction journals
§ Analysis and review of income statements
§ Preparation of Vat reconciliations
§ Intercompany loan account management and reconciliations.
§ Balance sheet reconciliations
§ Asset register maintenance
· Co-ordination of petty cash, credit card and creditor payments
· Basic financial systems maintenance (XAlt data integrity, month end and year end)
· Preparation of VAT and other statutory returns for foreign branches
· Preparation of weekly bank & stock reporting.
Requirements
· Grade 12 qualification
· BCom Degree or Financial Diploma.
· Minimum of 3 years financial accounting experience
· Willing to be involved with all back office functions
· Pro-active self starter
